Popular Menu Item: “Kuroge Wagyu Sirloin Roast Beef Set Meal”

We generously use carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu sirloin. This signature dish offers a melt-in-your-mouth texture as light as snow.

First, enjoy it as is. Next, try it with condiments. Finally, pour dashi broth over it to enjoy it hitsumabushi-style. You can savor three different flavors in a single meal. We also recommend pairing it with our in-house craft beer.
